Vlasy mi opravdu hodn\u011b vypad\u00e1valy a ty, kter\u00e9 mi z\u016fstaly, tak byly tak p\u0159esu\u0161en\u00e9, \u017ee jsem si snad myslela, \u017ee to nech\u00e1m v\u0161echno ost\u0159\u00edhat. Potom mi moje kade\u0159nice doporu\u010dila pr\u00e1v\u011b u\u017e\u00edvat kolagen a tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 potravinov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky, abych byla zdrav\u00e1. A kdy\u017e jsem je\u0161t\u011b pob\u00edrala vitam\u00edny \u017eeleza a zinku, co\u017e p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u011bkn\u011b na krvetvorbu a tak\u00e9 na nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, byla jsem spokojen\u00e1 a c\u00edtila jsem se skv\u011ble. A opravdu nevid\u00edm nic \u0161patn\u00e9ho na tom, kdy\u017e si \u010dlov\u011bk vezme n\u011bkter\u00e9 potravinov\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pravideln\u011b, aby podpo\u0159il sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a tak\u00e9 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.
